NFL free agent, Ray McDonald was arrested on Wednesday afternoon while at Togo’s Sandwiches in Santa Clara, Ca. This makes McDonald’s second arrest in just three days.
Earlier this week, the former San Francisco 49ers defensive end was arrested on domestic violence and child endangerment charges after allegedly attacking his ex-fiancée while she was holding her baby.
McDonald, who was released from the Chicago Bears just hours after the first arrest, was ordered to stay away from the Santa Clara home where the incident took place, but he failed to do so.
The Santa Clara Police Department tells us Ray went back to the home on Wednesday afternoon, left the residence and ended up at the sandwich joint where he was taken into custody.
We are told Ray was arrested without incident and taken to a nearby jail where he was booked. We are also told that this is an on-going investigation.
