Errrbody and they momma made an appearance at Reginae Carter’s Super Sweet 16 party. But noticeably absent from the televised version that aired on MTV Monday night was her stepfather MempHitz. According to his wife Toya Wright he was cut from the show, and she is not happy about it. The former reality star and Lil Wayne’s ex-wife took to her Twitter to express her anger saying:
I didn’t appreciate how they cut my husband out the show #f*ckedup #heplaysahugepartinherlife #smh. Regardless of what’s going on with us he’s still her stepfather. #Naeday
It’s not clear why the folks over at MTV decided to cut her estranged hubby from the show. The taping went down in December, and MempHitz was clearly there and seemed to be in good spirits based on photos. Toya has been vocal in recent weeks about the couples marital problems, most recently doing an interview with theybf where she revealed that the couple is indeed “separated” and that the former music producer blames her for losing his job.
“That’s what’s going on. I just feel like I’m not the blame for that. Those things were happening before he met me,” she said referring to his lawsuit inst Viacom and K. Michelle. “My husband is going through a lot right now and I’ll continue to pray for him in his situation and hope that it gets better for him. Because I took a vow for better or worse and a lot of people don’t understand that who aren’t married.”
Since the episode aired MempHitz has not voiced his opinion on social media, but he did give the ladies an eyeful on Valentines Day with his new calendar. Hit the flip for a few NSFW pics.
