HipHollywood caught up with Eva Marcille who explained why Kevin McCall, father of her one-year daughter, wasn’t invited to their child’s birthday party. Eva gushed speaking on the celebratory event, “I felt like it was my birthday party … It was awesome seeing my daughter turn one,” but quickly changed demeanor when pressed on why Kevin wasn’t present.
“It’s public knowledge that I have a five year restraining order against my kid’s father so I don’t know why this special day your restraining order should be dropped, it’s not,” she explained.
In a recent interview with VLADTV, Kevin admits he and Eva got into an argument prior to her filing a restraining order, but says he never put his hands on her. “It was a regular argument like men and women have. You know whoever calls the police first, the other goes to jail, as Mike Epps would say.”
“I’m not calling her a liar. I’m not calling her a bad person. I forgive her for everything that happened, but there was no abuse that occurred. No verbal abuse. No physical abuse. No chasing of a baby. I did kick down doors. Sometimes I hit things. I break down things. I broke down my studio door.”
