Joan Rivers was an inspiration to many, but even more than that to Kevin Hart.
When speaking about Rivers, he wanted to make sure people remembered the good times instead of just mourning her death. “With a person like that, when they pass, you don’t sulk you celebrate,” Hart told HipHollywood exclusively.
The self-titled “comedic rockstar” also explained why he admired the 81 year-old comedienne so much. “One thing I’ve learned from her is, regardless of age you can still…you can always live your talent,” Kevin revealed during his HartBreak Weekend in Las Vegas.
In addition to Hart, Joan has been remembered by several comedians including Whoopi Goldberg, Jimmy Kimmel, Ellen Degeneres, Kathy Griffin, Roseanne Barr and many more. Rivers passed away on Thursday, September 4th due to complication following vocal cord surgery.
