‘These Hoes Ain’t Loyal’ Pastor, Jamal Bryant Speaks Out!

Pastor Jamal Bryant, who came under fire this week for quoting Chris Brown’s “These Hoes Ain’t Loyal” during his sermon, is finally speaking out.

“Don’t critique a quote when you never heard message! 20 seconds of a 30 minute message is incomplete assessment,” Bryant tweeted.

Bryant’s sermon titled “In My Enemies Worst Nightmare,” hit the internet over the weekend and immediately went viral after the Empowerment Temple pastor used the perceived, offensive lyric during his message. Interestingly enough, when Bryant quoted the hit track, the congregation went wild … Jumping up and down and raising their hands.

Bryant also addressed the criticism during an interview on the The James Fortune Show. “The people who have seen the clip. You know what they’re not saying? They are not saying, what is that song from? The saints know the song, they know the artist and they are singing in their car and have it on their ipod.”

This isn’t the first time Bryant has come under fire for his actions. In 2007, the pastor cheated on his wife … The two divorced a year later.
