Miley Cyrus Still Hospitalized, Tells Haters To “Shut The F*ck Up!”

Miley Cyrus went HAM on Twitter Thursday afternoon and launched an epic rant, slamming some of her world class haters.

“So many ignorant stories out there no one is reading the official statement and these dumb asses are scaring my fans,” she wrote, including a photo of the official statement addressing her recently canceled shows.

“Shut the f*ck up & let me heal. stop scaring my family, friends, & fans. OFFICIAL STATEMENT,” she added.

Cyrus was hospitalized on Tuesday afternoon after suffering a terrible reaction to a medication. The star was forced to cancel several shows during her illness, but per the usual, there are several rumors circulating to why the star ended up in the hospital.

“Miley was suffering from a sinus infection during her tour,” the official statement read. “She was prescribed the antibiotic Cephalexin which shes now suffered an extreme allergic reaction to. This type of extreme reaction can last from five to 27 days in these types of cases. She will remain hospitalized and is under a doctor’s care until we see some improvement in her condition and is asking for your compassion and privacy at this time. Miley is devastated about missing shows and possibly disappointing fans.”

Over the past several days, Miley has been tweeting from her hospital bed, keeping fans up to date. On Thursday morning, the singer wrote:

“Over the hospital  I miss #bangerztour #5amhospyselfie so sleeeeepy #medztime,” she wrote, including an image of herself resting.
