Robin Thicke has spent most of his week launching a PR campaign to win back his estranged wife, Paula Patton. Outside of releasing a statement confirming plans to file for divorce from the singer, Patton has been mum on her marital woes until now. Patton took to Instagram late this week to share this message with her followers:
“Everything happens for a reason … If you love something, let it go. If it comes back to you, it’s yours. If it doesn’t, it never was and it’s not meant to be.”
Patton added a broken heart emoji to her caption to hammer home the point.
On Thursday night, Thicke became teary-eyed performing “Lost Without You,” in front of a Virginia crowd, telling the audience he would do whatever he could to win his woman back. We love these two together, no matter how utterly dysfunctional their marriage appears to be so hopefully they will work it out.
What do you all think? Do you think Robin and Paula can weather their storm?
