On Tuesday night, friends and family celebrated Brandy’s 35th birthday and by the looks of one particular video posted online, Brandy was more than moved by some of the evening’s festivities.
R&B singer Tyrese took to Instagram early Wednesday morning to share with fans a video of Brandy becoming highly emotional after being surprised by gospel singer, Kim Burrell. In the video, a tearful Brandy can be seen covering her face up as her brother, Ray J stands close by to console her.
“That moment when Kim Burrell walks out to surprise Brandy for her 35th birthday,” The Fast and Furious star captioned the video. “@4everbrandy you are grace, you are an angel, you are a sincere soul I love you and adore you forever happy birthday …. Shout to Ray-J and Ryan for helping to pull off the impossible … Kim Burrell you are the Steve Jobs of innovative vocals there is literally no one who can compare and you’re so humble it’s unreal. Thank you for letting me host you at my home and I’m glad you liked my food … Lol … Amazing #35th birthday night … Truly.!! Happy Birthday @4everbrandy we love you!!!”
It’s no secret that Ray J adores his sister. In fact during a recent sit down with singer, the Bad Girls All Star Battle host talked about his special relationship with his sister. “When I’m at my most vulnerable moment or when I need someone to be the truth about anything I’m doing, I always look to her, and I look to my mom to give me that real true advice.”
