If you thought D. Woods was completely over Danity Kane, guess again.
While at the premiere for the singer’s latest film, Blackbird, Wanita Denise Woodgett, the star’s legal name, revealed to HipHollywood that there’s still a chance she could reunite with the group.
“It’s just timing. It just has to make sense. I’m definitely spreading my wings and if it makes sense with all the plans that my team is putting together for me, then we can do it. And if not, I wish them well.”
Last year, DK revealed that they were reuniting, but without D. Woods. Reports later surfaced that the singer was too busy to join the gang.
“I’m just moving forward,” she explained. “As you see I’m heavily involved. At the time when they [Danity Kane] decided to put this [reunion] together, I was heavily involved in another theater production I was doing with Lynn Whitfield in Atlanta.”
It was recently announced that Shannon Bex, Aubrey O’Day, Dawn Richards and Aundrea Fimbres will be making their way back to reality television. “The group would love to share the next phase of what we’re going through. And it’s a lot. It’s definitely TV-worthy,” Aubrey O’Day said in a recent interview with MTV News.
The group is currently working on their third studio album and is expected to drop new music sometime this year.
