Contrary to a report making the rounds on the Internet this weekend, Justin Bieber has not been banned from attending Miami Heat home games following his arrest.
Bruna Nessif of E! News helped spread the rumor when erroneously reported that Bieber was denied his court side seats at a game earlier this week, “because [ownership] didn’t want the particular brand of attention that his presence would inevitably attract.”
Heat owner Micky Arison took to Twitter on Saturday afternoon to clarify things, saying JB’s pass in MIA is still valid.
“Absolutely ridiculous story. @Justinbieber is always welcome at our @MiamiHEAT games.”
That’s too bad, Micky. Considering the teenager was arrested for a DUI just days ago, banning him from games would have made a statement.
