Lil Twist Injured At His Wild Birthday Party?

It looks like things got a little rough at Lil Twist’s birthday dinner. Cameras caught the Young Money rapper leaving Phillipe Chow on Saturday night in a little pain with his arm wrapped up. But insiders tell us it’s not because of any sort of altercation. Instead, Twist had a tattoo artist give him some new ink inside the party. We guess he couldn’t wait.

Also inside were some of Twist’s celebrity friends including Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Scott Disick, Kesha Cole and Christina Milian and her fiancé Jas prince.

And after the dinner party, Twist partied it up at “Scandal Saturdays” at Couture Hollywood along with more of his celebrity friends. Check out the photos below.
