Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have listed their sexy, re-modeled Calabasas mansion for a whopping $3.499 million.
According to multiple reports, the reality TV couple will be dashing out of their 5,400-square-foot home to make more room for their growing family. Kourtney and her boyfriend bought the home in 2010 for $1.7 million and has since highly re-modeled the sweet digs.
“I am elated to finally share photos of my home with you at @instylemagazine! @jeffandrewsdesgn and I have been collaborating on it for years and having too much fun,” Kardashian wrote on Instagram after the newly decorated home was completed.
The freshly listed pad, which was designed by interior designer Jeff Andrews, features an open floor plan, a gourmet kitchen, a master bedroom suite, two walk-in closets, pool and spa.
The couple, who has two children, Mason, 4, Penelope, 1, have already reportedly spotted a location they would like to call their new home. According to reports, Kourt and Scott are purchasing the home of former NFL star, Keyshawn Johnson.
According to realtor.com, Johnson’s Calabasas home, is a 12,000 square foot mansion that last listed for $8.5 million before being pulled from the market in December. By the way, the neighborhood is in the same same exclusive, gated community as Justin Bieber and newly residing neighbor, Toni Braxton.
