The Canadian pop singer was arrested in Miami early this morning on suspicion of driving under the influence and drag racing. Local police tell HipHollywood that the star was incoherent when they pulled him over, and claim that he resisted arrest without violence. He also reportedly tested positive for drugs.
If convicted, Bieber faces up to six months in jail.
