Chad Johnson has been going in on Twitter at the folks accusing him of spreading herpes to random women. The rumor started online after a Photoshop artist manipulated a TMZ screen grab to include a headline that reads: “Chad Johnson Allegedly Spreading Herpes to Random Women And Taking Instagram Pictures with Them.”
It didn’t take long for the gossip to make its way to Chad who used social media to fire back.
“Man, if ya’ll don’t get the f*ck out of here with that fake Photoshop sh*t,” the reality TV star wrote after seeing the link.
And after a follower pressed him on the rumor, he didn’t mince words:
“Somebody come get this basic heaux asking stupid sh*t please!!!”
Johnson later blamed one of his followers for creating the fake headline, calling the effort “supreme.”
