EXCLUSIVE: Candice Glover Explains Album Delay, Drops New Music

After winning season 12 of American Idol in May, Candice Glover announced she would deliver her debut album in just two short months. Well, July came and went with no album release. Then, it was announced that Glover would drop the project in October…but still, no album.
Now, the record titled Music Speaks, is scheduled for a February 2014 release and when we spoke to Candice, she told us what to expect and why there’s been so many delays.
In preparation for her upcoming album, the powerhouse vocalist released her new single “Cried”. The emotion-filled ballad is produced by The Underdogs and showcases Glover’s amazing vocals.
