Three snaps … Kelly Rowland looks fierce on the cover of Shape magazine’s October issue.
The singer bares her killer legs, tight abs, and muscular arms on the cover of the popular publication, while rocking black bikini bottoms and a camouflage crop top.
HipHollywood recently caught up with Rowland and work-out guru, Jeannette Jenkins, on the set of their DVD workout video, Sexy Abs Cardio Sculpt, to talk about staying in shape.
“This is what I do, what I’m dedicated to, and what I love to do,” Kelly explained when asked about working out. But when it comes to food, Rowland admits she is not a fan of dieting.
“I want to be honest with people … I don’t eat salads and fish and vegetables and those things all the time,” she shared. “I find things that I love and that I feel like my body responds well to, like the arugulas. For me since I do have such a sweet tooth, my new thing is grilled pineapples,” Rowland dished.
“You find things that work for your lifestyle. One thing I’ve learned from Jeanette is the 80/20 rule, 80% of the time I am eating clean, 20% I am eating a cupcake,” Kelly added.
